Exon 10 was replaced with a PGK-hygro cassette to create a null allele. A western blot using alpha-Rev1 antiserum confirmed the absence of protein in MEF lysates. An RT-PCR of kidney cDNA established the absence of exon 10 in expressed transcripts. (J:119176)
