An FRT site flanked neomycin selection cassette was inserted into intron 5. LoxP sites were inserted into intron 5, upstream of the first FRT site, and intron 7. The neo cassette was removed through Flp-mediated recombination. Exons 6-7 remain flanked by loxP sites. (J:117869)
