Cre recombinase cDNA was inserted directly upstream of the ATG in exon 1. An frt-flanked neo was included in the vector and was removed in vivo. RT-PCR demonstrated expression of cre in the mutant mice and the absence of full-length Gzmm transcript in mutants. (J:113213)
