Neurog2^{tm5(Neurog2)Fgu}

An FRT-neo-FRT-loxP cassette was inserted in an intron 180bp 5' to the ATG of the Ngn2 gene. Five myc tags were inserted at the N-terminal end of the coding sequence and fused to the full length mouse coding sequence (minus the first codon). A loxP site was located 1.3 kb after the stop codon. (personal communication)
