The floxed exon 1 and neomycin resistance gene in Adam 33tm1Chch were removed via cre mediated recombination by mating with Tg(Tek-cre)1Rwng mice. Successful gene disruption was demonstrated by QRT-PCR, however LacZ expression was not detected. (J:112306)
