The SET domain was replaced with a floxed neomycin resistance gene. A stop codon was introduced in frame to allow termination of protein synthesis in the absence of the SET domain. RT-PCR demonstrated that mutant transcript was expressed at the same levels as wild-type transcripts. (J:109102)
