Tg(Inha-cre)3Zuk

This transgene consists of a 6 kb fragment of the murine Inha promoter, an SV40 splice donor/splice acceptor intron sequence, an improved cre sequence, and an SV40 poly A tail. 3 lines were generated that differ in expression patterns. This line has high levels of activity in the testis and low activity in the ovary, adrenal gland and pituitary gland. (J:110150)
