A PGK-neomycin resistance cassette replaced a 3.1-kbp sequence of the gene containing exons 1 to 4. RT-PCR analysis did not detect transcript in spleen tissue from homzygous mutant mice. Immunoblot analysis did not detect protein in homozygous mutant spleen. (J:108745)
