A targeting vector was designed to insert human RET9 with a substitution of residues 1063-1072 with residues 1063-1072 of human RET51. This allele has a deletion of residues 1073-1114. Endogenous transcript was not detected in mutants; however, human RET51 transcript was detected. (J:105047)
