A concatemer of sleeping beauty transposable elements each consisting of a floxed PGK-neo cassette followed by inverted repeat direct repeat sequence specific for sleeping beauty transposase flanking an ACTB promoter driving GFP expression. Expression of GFP is not seen in the concatemer but is seen after transposition. Transposition by sleeping beauty transposase moves only the ACTB-GFP construct and not the PGK-neo cassette. Integration of the concatemer in this line occurred in chromosome 14. (J:70671, J:104039)
