A targeting vector was designed such that loxP sites were inserted just 5' of exon 2 and 3' of exon 5, thereby flanking all sequence encoding the DNA binding domain. A PGK-neo flankedby FRT sites was inserted into intron 3. This allele may be a weak hypomorph. (J:103413)
