Tg(mI56i-cre,EGFP)1Kc

The transgene was designed with a 0.5 kb fragment containing the id6/id5 enhancer and a beta-globin minimal enhancer placed immediately upstream of a Cre recombinase coding sequence and an internal ribosomal entry site (IRES)-enhanced green fluorescent fusion protein. The bicistronic construct expresses in the SVC and forming mantle. Three lines were created. (J:82693)
