The dominant negative mutant form of the human protein phosphatase 2 catalytic subunit, alpha isoform, was expressed under the control of the neuron specific Thy1 promoter. High expression was shown in the cortical, hippocampal, and cerebellar neurons. Line 21 was also created. (J:100966)
