A GFP gene was inserted into the EcoRI site of exon 2 so that N-terminal 52 amino acids of Sall1 were fused in frame to GFP. Fluorescence of GFP was visible through the surface of brains, kidneys and limb buds of embryonic heterozygous mice. (J:92208)
