Exons 3-6 were replaced with a neomycin resistance gene. Disruption of the full length transcript was demonstrated in Northern blot of liver, skeletal muscle and testis. Low levels of expression persisted in the testis, suggesting that the testis-specific isoform is not the product of exons deleted in the targeting event. (J:100915)
