This transgene contains the putative Pcdh21 (Cdhr1) enhancer/promoter element, drives tetracycline-controlled transactivator and cre recombinase with a NLS. The IRES was used to drive translation of NLS-cre. The rabbit beta-globin intron and pA signal were added 3' of cre. Expression was shown in mitral and tufted cells of the accessory and main olfactory bulb. (J:100919)
