The hormone-binding domain (encoding amino acids 281-599) of a modified estrogen receptor was fused in-frame at the 3' end of the coding sequence. Three new amino acids were introduced at the junction. A Floxed Neo cassette was inserted 580 bp down-stream from the polyadenylation site. The polyadenylation signal and other 3' untranslated sequences were left intact. (J:99305)
