Tg(Ckm-Mkl1)1Eno

This transgene contains the muscle creatine kinase promoter and cDNA encoding the N-terminal 712 amino acids of Mkl1, without the transcription activation domain. Two lines were generated that had the same overall phenotype with varying severity. Line 1 had approximately 4-fold higher expression and a more severe phenotype compared to line 2.
