Magi1^{Gt(OST33326)Lex}

A gene trap vecotr inserted into the first and second exon of the gene resulting in splicing out most of the first intron and inserting a STOP codon at the end of the first exon, and eliminates the full length transcript. Lack of protein expression was confrimed by immunoblot analysis on tissue lysates obtained from mutant and control mice. (J:278456)
