Tg(CTSG-ZBTB16/RARA)#Ppp

The human ZBTB16/RARA fusion gene was placed under the transcriptional control of the human cathepsin-G (CTSG) promoter. 2-14 copies of the transgene were incorporated into the DNA in a head to tail and/or a tail to head fashion. Transgene expression was detected in the bone marrow. Two lines were made, L5814 and L602. The pound symbol (#) is used when line is not specified and/or lines are pooled. (J:78201)
