Tg(MSCV-BCR/ABL*P230)13Kti

This transgene expresses the P230 variant of the human derived BCR/ABL fusion protein, involving BCR exon 19 fused to ABL exon 2. This gene was cloned downstream of the LTR from the Murine Stem Cell Virus (MSCV), which was referred to in this paper as PCMV. 10 copies of the transgene were incorporated into the genome. This transgene was not propagated beyond the founder mouse. (J:84626)
