The entire coding sequence is replaced by EGFP-IRES-PLAP. PGK-neo selection cassette is floxed and has been removed. EGFP is not expressed in hets or mutants, but PLAP is expressed. Absence of transcription was confirmed by in situ hybridization. (J:103829)
