Tg(Hoxb7-cre)5526Cmb

This transgene consists of the Hoxb7 promoter, cre ORF, and IRES-EGFP. Strong expression was demonstrated in the ureteric bud epithelia in this line. Expression was greater than in line 5530. This line was used for all subsequent studies. (J:95018)
