2.7 kb XbaI-XhoI fragment of murine Myc containing the entire protein coding region within exons 2 and 3 was placed under the regulation of the enhancer and promoter sequence of the rat elastase 1 gene. The human growth hormone gene Sma donated the 3'UTR and poly adenylation sequence in this construct. Transgene expression was detected in the pancreas. (J:76992)
