This transgene consists of the mouse Rnu6 promoter, a loxP site, a CMV promoter, EGFP, and an Abca1 siRNA. Without cre mediated recombination only EGFP is expressed. After cre mediated recombination the Abca1 siRNA is expressed. Six founders were generated. (J:93624)
