An IRES-cre-FRT-pgk-hygro-FRT cassette was inserted into exon 2. Crossing with Flp expressing mice excised the pgk-hygro sequences. PCR confirmed recombination in mice. Cre expression mirrored expression of the endogenous gene. (J:92294)
