Exon 3 remained floxed upon Cre-mediated excision of a floxed neo. PCR confirmed recombination in mice. Northern blot demonstrated that transcription was normal in mice carrying this allele and upon further cre-mediated recombination, trasncription will be abolished. (J:92302)
