Transgenic mice overexpress the IL4 transgene under the control of the Lck promoter (lymphocyte protein tyrosine kinase). 8 copies of the transgene were estimated to have integrated into the genome. Expression of the transgene was detected in thymus tissue and by thymocytes. (J:92453)
