Crossing Myh10tm3Rsad mice with mice expressing cre in the germ line created this allele in which the floxed neo is excised, leaving a single loxP site upstream of exon 17 and the R709C mutation in exon 17. Western blot indicates the allele expression in mutant brains is restored to wild-type levels. (J:92081)
