A targeting construct containing three copies of a GAL4-binding motif (UAS) and a floxed ura3 and neomycin resistance gene cassette was inserted into the DMR downstream of the CTCF sites. Transient Cre expression excised the ura3 and neo cassette. The knock in did not interfere with non-coding RNA H19 expression. (J:91713)
