A neo gene was inserted into exon 1 via homologous recombination disrupting the first coding exon and exon splice donor site. Immunoblotting of B-cell lysates after immunization confirmed the absence of protein expression in homozygous mice. Expression of clustered and related Rgs genes was unaffected. (J:90780)
