Exon 2 was disrupted by the insertion of a floxed neo cassette followed by 3 stop codons. The floxed cassette was removed via Cre-mediated excision, leaving a single loxP site followed by the stop codons. Western blot confirmed absence of protein in mutant cells. (J:89403)
