This transgene contains a human v-myc avian myelocytomatosis viral oncogene homolog cDNA and regulatory elements from the bacterial tetracycline-resistance operon. There are two founder #36 lines. Transgene insertions are on an autosomal chromosome in this line. (J:59444)
