The coding region of exon 1 was replaced with a cassette containing floxed puromycin resistance cassette, sequence encoding a PAX3-FOXO1A hybrid, and lacZ. The presence of the puromycin cassette prevents the expression of both the human PAX3-FOXO1A sequence and lacZ. (J:86911)
