The promoter and majority of the coding sequences were replaced with a Neo cassette driven by the thymidine kinase promoter of herpes simplex virus and the polyoma T-antigen gene enhancer. The expression of Neo was determined by RT-PCR in embryonic yolk sacs. (J:45695)
