Single loxP sites remained flanking exons 7, 8, and 9 after the floxed puromycin selection cassette was excised from Mdm2tm1Mep via in vivo cre-mediated recombination. Western blot analysis indicated that the loxP sites did not interfere with protein expression. (J:81065)
