An FRT site flanked neomycin resisatnce gene cassette was inserted upstream of two exons encoding a portion of the cofactor binding domain (amino acids 117-187). Additionally, the inserted neo cassette and the two exons were flanked by a single loxP sites. Protein was undetected in homozygous mutant mice. (J:83623)
