The floxed PGK-neo cassette was deleted by mating Gt(ROSA)26Sortm1(EYFP)Cos animals to the Tg(ACTB-cre)2Mrt line. Removal of the tpA stop sequence within the floxed neo cassette allows transcription of the EYFP reporter gene. (J:80963, J:98830)
