Floxed exon 7 was deleted via cre-mediated homologous recombination by mating Ncoa6tm1Jkr animals to the cre deleter strain TgN(EIIa-cre)C5379Lmgd. Homozygous mutant embryos were detected by PCR genotyping up to day E13.5 but did not survive until birth. (J:81217)
