Ikzf1^{tm1.1(Pax5)Mbu}

The floxed neo cassette in exon 2 was removed by mating Znfn1a1tm1(Pax)Mbu animals to cre expressing line TgN(Sycp1-cre)4Min, thus allowing expression from the Pax5-GFP cassette inserted at Znfn1a1. Western blot analysis detected Pax5 protein expression in thymocytes and myeloid cells at levels similar to wild-type. GFP expression in B cells was detected by flow cytometric analysis. (J:80815)
