The transgene consists of a mouse IL12b sequence (nucleotides 1-1055) under the control of a mouse Gfap promoter. The mouse Gfap promoter was used to drive transgene expression in astrocytes. A human growth hormone polyadenylation sequence and SV40 splice donor/acceptor site were also included in the construct. (J:72989)
