Tg(Hoxb7-RET-M918T)1Vpa

The transgene consists of a human RET cDNA encoding the RET9 isoform with a methionine to threonine substitution at position 918 (M918T) fused to mouse Hoxb7 promoter sequences (-1316 to +81). Mouse Hoxb7 promoter was used to drive expression of the transgene throughout the uretic bud branches. The M918T mutation is associated with the human disease MEN2Bsyndrome. (J:71588)
