Sequence encompassing a 3' Igh-D element (DQ52), the Igh-J elements, and the Igh intron enhancer (Rr150) was replaced with a cassette containing a neomycin resistance gene followed by sequence encoding the variable region of a phosphorylcholine antibody. Flow cytometry verified cell surface expression on peripheral blood lymphocytes obtained from heterozygous and homozygous mice. (J:79557)
