A gene trap vector consisting of LTR sites flanking a beta-geo cassette and a PGK-puro cassette integrated into intron 3 of the gene. A splice acceptor site in Beta-geo results in a lacZ fusion protein and a splice donor site at the end of PGK-puro introduces multiple stop codons into the transcribed gene. (J:69009)
