The gene was disrupted by insertion of a reverse-facing PGK-neo cassette into exon 1 via homologous recombination. Southern blot analysis detected homozygous mutant embryos up to E14.5. Western blot analysis of E14.5 homozygous mutant embryos verified the absence of gene expression. (J:61550)
