The function of this gene was disrupted by replacement of exon 2 with a neomycin resistance gene via homologous recombination. Homozygous mutant embryos were detected by PCR analysis at stage E10-E12. Western blot and immunoprecipitation yielded negative results in E10-E12 homozygous mutant embryos. (J:47299)
