Exons 2 and 5 of this gene were replaced with a neo resistance gene via homologous recombination. Southern blot confirmed successful targeting of the construct in TC-1 ES cells. Western blot of thymocyte, lymph node, and splenocyte lysates confirmed the absence of protein product in homozygous mutant animals. (J:74719)
