Fn1^tm3Hyn

A partial cDNA fragment corresponding to sequences of exons III7b, EIIIB and III8a replaced the genomic fragment containing these three exons. The encoded protein was not detectable in immunoprecipitations from cultures of homozygous mutant E7.5 embryos. (J:36210)
