A transgene containing the human HLA-B allele, HLA-B27, was shown to be expressed in spleen cells of mice carrying the transgene. The HLA-B2705 and human B2M ( Tg(B2M)1Trg) constructs were co-injected and co-integrated. The line is designated 56-3. (J:74451)
