Met^Par4

This allele confers lung tumor susceptibility compared to BALB/cJ. This allele differs from wild-type in the presence of Cys at amino acid residue 968 rather than Arg as in wild-type. The allele is present in the SWR/J and in SWR/Bm and is absent in all 77 other strains tested including BALB/c.
